With over 25 years experience in Medical Practice Management and Medical Billing, Dawn knows what it takes to master the Revenue Cycle.

In 2016, Dawn and Ashley founded Vital Medical Billing & Consulting.  Their expertise allows our clients to focus on patient care and not be overwhelmed with the increasingly complex insurance regulations, billing and claims.

In her free time, Dawn enjoys spending time with her husband, family and enjoying the lake life.

Cassie joined Vital MBC shortly after we opened our doors.  She came to us with over 8 years of experience in medical billing.  Cassie handles multiple responsibilities daily, each one with dedication and hard work.  Cassie has proven to be an asset to our organization.

In her free time, Cassie loves spending time with her family and enjoying football.

AR Specialist

Tracy joined Vital MBC in 2021.   She has over 22 years of experience in the healthcare field.   Tracy has a wide range of knowledge across all aspects of the medical field from the patient care side to the billing and claim side.   She specializes in claim denials and insurance claim follow-ups.

In her spare time, Tracy enjoys reading, doing crafts and spending time with her husband and three beautiful children.

Courtney Cantrell

Credentialing Specialist

Courtney joined Vital Medical Billing Company in 2019 with six years years of healthcare experience. 

She has her Associates Degree in Business Administration and is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree.   Courtney has extensive knowledge in Credentialing, Practice Management and Medical Billing.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her son, being outdoors and traveling.

AR Specialist

Arianna joined Vital Medical Billing Company in October 2022.  Arianna's knowledge of commercial insurance and Medicaid helps her handle payer guidelines reduce insurance AR, and secure timely, accurate claim payments.   She is proactive, detail-oriented, and focused on safeguarding provider revenue.  

Outside of her professional life, Arianna enjoys spending quality time with her family and her beloved pet rabbit, Penelope.   She also loves creating diamond art and expressing her creativity through digital drawing.  Her artistic hobbies reflect the same patience, focus, and attention to detail she brings to her work each day.

Chelsea Lyon

Medical Biller

Chelsea joined Vital Medical Billing & Consulting in August 2025 as a Medical Biller.   She is currently pursuing her certification as a Medical Coder and Certified Biller, demonstrating her commitment to continued growth in the revenue cycle field.

Chelsea enjoys working claims and takes pride in getting them paid accurately and efficiently

Outside of work, she loves crocheting, reading sci-fi, and spending time with her husband and her beloved cat.
